CIS welcomes alumni to use the Sports Field, Fitness Room and Swimming Pool at specific times. Please refer to the details below for registration and usage.
We encourage alumni to take advantage of our facilities by joining an alumni sports team. Please click here if you would like to join or start a team.
Please note that all alumni will need to show their CIS ALUMNI CARD to use any of the facilities. If you do not have an alumni card, please apply for one here.
Sports Field
Community time is 6:00-7:30am, Monday to Sunday. No booking is required for usage at this time.
Sports field usage is open to alumni sports teams for team training sessions. Captains and team members can contact us for booking enquiries.
No food or drink allowed on the sports field and all surrounding areas.
Fitness Room
The fitness room is located in Room 201 of the New Tower.
- Open for use by all alumni sports team members only – no guests.
- To join an alumni sports team, please fill in this interest form.
- Fitness Room opening hours are Monday to Friday (4pm-9pm), Saturday to Sunday (9am-9pm).
- All alumni must register at the designated school entrances using their alumni cards, and enter their details in the log book in the fitness room.
- All alumni must fill in this Fitness Room Waiver and Letter of Indemnity form before using the fitness room.
Swimming Pool

Procedure for Alumni during Community Swim Time
- All Alumni must show their Alumni Card to the security guard upon entry and also to the lifeguards at the swimming pool for check in.
- Spouse/partner and other adult family members of alumni must sign in as visitors with the security guard. All adult visitors must carry their visitor pass whilst on campus. Alumni are responsible for their family members while on the school campus.
- Alumni’s children do not need a visitor pass, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times, if under the age of 12 years old.
- Everyone visiting the swimming pool MUST sign in with the lifeguards. Please make your way to the lifeguards before going into the swimming pool.
