As the city’s first gin distillery, Two Moons was co-founded by Dimple Yuen (’07) and Ivan Chang in 2019 and has now become a leading facility producing 100% locally made premium craft gin in the heart of Hong Kong.
With an aim to tell authentic stories through creative interpretations and unique collaborations via alcoholic spirits, Two Moons is equipped with a space able to accommodate curious individuals hoping to learn the secrets behind crafting spirits. With every bottle distilled through their custom-built, copper pot still (Luna), each flavour tells vivid narratives of various people and experiences in hopes to inspire ardent and occasional drinkers alike through this beautiful craft.
