Abigail Yee ’17

Our Class Ambassadors do a lot to help us stay connected with our alumni. But how well do you know them? We asked Abigail Yee ’17 a series of questions to find out more about her – her likes, dislikes, quirks, and everything in between.

What have you been up to since you left CIS?

I just finished my undergrad in Film and Television Theory at the University of Exeter, now I’m working on an MSc in Marketing! Have also just started working on a hospitality startup!

Have you travelled anywhere interesting lately?

I’m actually in Italy right now!

How do you prefer to start your day?

As late as possible.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?

The gym.

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

American football stuff.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

The ability to refill anything. Think about it – annoyed by someone? Refill their bladder. Poor? Refill your bank account. The possibilities are endless!

What’s your favourite colour and why?

Purple, probably due to being in purple house for years.

If you can change one thing about CIS, what would it be?

Probably more social support.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Hopefully working for a non-profit or still with the startup.

What’s your favourite snack?

Cornick.

What songs take you back to your teen years?

Human by The Killers
